Quality Satisfaction Survey

Mountain Home Medical is implementing a satisfaction/quality survey. We will use this tool about every 6 months and report to you in subsequent newsletters the results - from the good to the ugly. We are in the service/helping business and that is the focus of the survey. We can’t control all the variables in providing helping tools; however, we also cannot improve if we don’t know where to focus our energy. The survey is focused primarily on case managers.
